(classic) New target: Primo A-32/48/64

It's been a while since the last new target (are we starting to run out?) but I've just merged another new one.

The Primo A-32/48/64 is a Hungarian machine built using the U880. The clock speed is a fairly low 2.5Mhz and it came in multiple memory configurations from 16 to 48k RAM.

In terms of z88dk, it's got the usual support:

- Generic console (supporting inverse, bold, underlined)
- Hires graphics (256x192)
- Inkey keyboard
- Some garbled 1 bit sound

The output file is a .pp file suitable for loading into Mame.
