(classic) New target: Tesla Ondra Vili

It's time to officially say that a new target is available. This time it's the turn of the Telsa Ondra Vili.
This is a very late (1989) Czechoslovakian computer with a nicely impractical keyboard:
Inside, there's U880 at 2Mhz, 64k of RAM, 4k of ROM. The display is a hires 320x256 monochrome display, rendering of which slows down the CPU a fair bit.
